CIFAL Shanghai and Shanghai HAC Foundation Sign MOU

On July 30, 2025, CIFAL Shanghai and HAC Foundation officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the beginning of a new chapter in their in-depth cooperation. Following the signing ceremony, both parties engaged in an in-depth discussion on future cooperation directions.

Mr. Wang Genxiang, Director of CIFAL Shanghai, provided a detailed introduction to the development journey and achievements of CIFAL Shanghai over the past 20 years. Mr. Chen Xiaoping, founder and chairman of HAC Foundation, expressed his admiration for CIFAL Shanghai’s work and indicated that the foundation will explore cooperation models with CIFAL Shanghai by leveraging its own resources to better serve society and enterprises. Ms. Li Taozhi, Director and Secretary-General of the HAC Foundation, reviewed the foundation’s development history.

CIFAL Shanghai and HAC Foundation will focus on the following two areas for cooperation:

Youth Sustainable Development and Young Leaders Training: Under the framework of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 17 (SDG17), both parties will jointly promote youth sustainable development projects, including young leaders training and international exchange activities.

Serving Enterprises: HAC Foundation will utilize its corporate resources to provide better services for enterprises and help them achieve sustainable development goals.

Going forward, both parties will continue to maintain close communication and work together to implement the cooperation projects.
