China-Aid Training Program "Seminar on Emergency Telecommunications Networks for Developing Countries" Successfully Concludes
On October 25, 2024, Cifal Shanghai International Training Center (Cifal Shanghai) held a grand closing ceremony for the "Seminar on Emergency and Telecommunication Networks for Developing Countries." Mr. Wu Yugang, Executive Director of Cifal Shanghai delivered a concluding speech, warmly congratulating the 27 participants from Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Tanzania, Nigeria, Mongolia, and Moldova.
Mr. Wu Yugang expressed sincere gratitude to the students who participated in this training program and expressed sincere respect for the support and guidance of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce. The student representative,Mr. Munkhbat Norjinlkham, Senior Officer of Secretariat of the Cabinet Office of the Government of Mongolia,expressed sincere gratitude for the invitation from the Chinese government and the careful arrangement and organization of the training center.
In his concluding speech, Mr. Wu Yugang pointed out that this training course not only provided students with professional knowledge of emergency telecommunication networks, but also enhanced their emergency management abilities through rich course content and practical exchanges. He emphasized that the knowledge and experience learned by the trainees during the training course will provide important support for the development of their respective countries in the fields of emergency management and communication technology. The holding of the training course has promoted in-depth cooperation between Chinese experts and students, and enhanced understanding and friendship among countries.
At the closing ceremony, Mr. Wu Yugang presented each student with a China-aid training certificate issued by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and took a group photo as a souvenir. The closing ceremony was presided over by Ms. Wang Kemin, Deputy Director of Cifal Shanghai.
