10 May, 2016 - “Seminar on Information Technology Application and Development for Armenia in 2016” for 20 days are completed successfully. Deputy Division Chief Mrs. Liu Beimin from Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce attended and delivered a speech on the closing ceremony. Director Mr. Wang Genxiang from Cifal Shanghai International Training Center concluded on behalf of organizer. Director Mr. Suren Petrosyan from Communication & Information Department, Ministry of Transportation and Communication of Armenia on behalf of all participants expressed their gratitude to the Chinese government and organizer. He hoped to develop cooperation between Armenia and China in the field of information and communication base on this foreign aid Seminar.
